Extruder Divider head:
The machine .suitable to work soft and semi-tough dough ,is equipped with stainless steelHopper for a capacity of 20kg each time. the dough handled thanks to the system which is compressed in the portion chambers and appropriately adjusted give the required weight .once the weight is fixed. Finally the pieces are deposited on the moulding belts

The machine is equipped with “Touch screen” control panel with Setting programs and PLC for the adjustment of weight ,production speed and rounding speed.Complete with electric and electronic connections for the make-up line

Round molding
The dough pieces are discharged and enters the rounding mould ,which is easily changeable according to the requested weight During the machine operation it is possible by potentiometer to make the contemporaneous and independent regulation of the rounding and production speed.

Intermediate Proofer
