Boiling system: Mix, heat, and boil the raw materials,

Stamping molding: mainly used for hard candy. After cooling and homogenizing, the sugar bars enter the forming machine. The sugar feeding wheel sends the sugar bars into the wheel rotor, and they are squeezed and broken into sugar blocks by the sugar cutting wheel. The sugar rod pushes the sugar blocks into the forming hole, and finally they are shoveled down by the shovel into the sugar unloading hopper. Cotton candy molding method: For example, cotton candy is extruded by squeezing the sugar solution through an extrusion nozzle onto a cooling line lined with starch for molding.

Packaging system introduction: Packaging the formed candies to improve production efficiency and product quality, while maintaining the freshness and quality of the candies. Common packaging equipment includes vertical filling and packaging machines, bag feeding candy packaging machines, etc., which can achieve functions such as weighing, bag making, folding, filling, sealing, printing, punching, counting, etc.

Introduction to Control System: Implement automated control and monitoring of the entire production process to ensure stable equipment operation and consistent product quality. The control system equipment generally adopts PLC control system, combined with touch screen for operation and parameter setting, which can display the process flow chart, the working status of each part, as well as parameters such as temperature and pouring speed in real time.
