The whole production line is built in the existing standard plant, which is divided into raw material feeding and purification workshop, ready-mixed powder batching and mixing processing workshop and finished product packaging and storage workshop. The main processing equipment is installed in the form of steel platform.

Process overview of ready-mixed powder production line

Raw material sugar and auxiliary materials in the purification workshop feeding platform after feeding, with closed air feeding valve into the stainless steel seamless tube, using negative pressure to the form of pneumatic conveying into the batching silo, the use of automatic weighing and batching process, controlled by the computer, the batching of accurate, high degree of automation, saving manpower; batching is completed, in order to reduce the height of the rack, again using negative pressure to the form of pneumatic conveying to the mixing silo temporarily, and then into the mixer for mixing, mixing and homogeneous finished products directly. After the batching is finished, in order to reduce the height of the rack, it will be conveyed to the mixing bin for temporary storage by negative pressure pneumatic conveying, and then into the mixing machine for mixing, and the evenly mixed finished products will fall down directly, and then enter into the packaging process, which adopts the fully automatic packaging line with automatic bag loading, weighing, sewing and sealing, and then the palletising will be done by the high level palletising machine, and then the forklift trucks will send it to the place of finished products.

The whole production process is simple and clear, with high degree of automation, reducing the labour cost of enterprises and improving economic efficiency; the material conveying adopts negative pressure pneumatic conveying form, without residue and cross-contamination, and it is convenient to clean the pipeline, improving the hygiene and safety of production.

I. Raw material receiving section

The raw materials required for production are stored in advance in the purified feeding workshop, during production, the raw materials will be put into the feeding hopper according to the recipe requirements, and then fed into the stainless steel seamless pipe through the closed air feeder, and then pumped to the designated batching silo by the Roots fan.

II. Batching section

After the material enters into the batching bin, the batching system will automatically discharge the material according to the formula and enter into the batching scale for measuring by the batching programme. The whole process is controlled by the computer, the dynamic batching precision error of the batching system is ≤3‰, and the static precision error is ≤1‰, which is of high precision and high efficiency.

III. Mixing section

In order to reduce the height of the entire production line, the material in the batching is completed, and then through the negative pressure pneumatic conveying to the mixing bin, into the stainless steel single-axis paddle mixer mixing, mixing machine mixing time of about 120-300 seconds (the specific time is adjusted according to different formulas), mixing uniformity of ≥ 95%.

IV. Finished product packaging section

After mixing evenly, the material enters into the packing system, the whole packing system is a fully automatic packing line, automatic bag loading, automatic weighing, automatic sewing and sealing, and finally adopts the automatic high level palletising system, and then sent to the finished products stacking place by forklift trucks.

V. Auxiliary section

Workshop dust removal: from the raw material feeding, batching finished into the mixer, all using negative pressure pneumatic conveying system, no dust spillage; packing place also set up suction hood suction dust.

Equipment area to do fully enclosed partition, the personnel should be after the air shower and purification before entering the equipment processing area; feeding should be cast raw materials to clean up in a timely manner, and should ensure that the conveying system idle for more than 2 minutes to ensure that a variety of raw materials in the process of conveying does not occur in the cross-pollution.
