White granulated sugar syrup production line processing equipment, sugar tank and filtration system
White granulated sugar melting syrup production line processing equipment, white sugar syrup processing process: lifting sugar to the sugar tank, add drinking water according to the proportion, through the steam heating to promote the melting of sugar into syrup, the syrup through the filtration, filtering the impurities in the syrup, through the heat exchange to make the syrup cool down, after cooling the syrup is transported to the syrup storage tank.

following white sugar melting syrup equipment processing flow
Firstly, through the advanced automated conveying system, the granular uniform quality sugar is lifted from the storage warehouse to the special sugar melting tank. The sugar tank is made of high quality stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and heat preservation performance. While the sugar is being lifted, a precise metering system adds purified drinking water to the sugar tank in proportion to the preset syrup concentration. Subsequently, a powerful steam heating system is activated and the steam heats the sugar-water mixture quickly and uniformly through the jacket around the saccharification tank or through the coils inside. During the heating process, the stirring device inside the tank operates continuously to ensure that the sugar comes into full contact with the water and dissolves quickly, preventing lumps or undissolved sugar particles from appearing, thus encouraging the sugar to gradually melt into a thick syrup. Once the syrup has reached the desired dissolved state, it passes through a carefully designed filtration system. This filtration system usually consists of multiple stages of filters, including coarse and fine filtration. In the coarse filtration stage, the syrup first passes through a screen or filter cloth to remove larger impurities;
Filtration and cooling system of flavoured cane sugar syrup processing line equipment
The filtration of the cane sugar syrup processing line equipment adopts finer filtration media, such as activated carbon filters or membrane filters, to further filter out the tiny impurities, pigments and off-flavours in the syrup to ensure the purity and quality of the syrup. The temperature of the filtered syrup is high, in order to make it meet the requirements of subsequent production or storage, it needs to be cooled down by highly efficient heat exchange equipment. The heat exchange equipment adopts advanced heat exchange technology, such as plate heat exchanger or tube heat exchanger, which utilises cooling water or refrigerant to exchange heat with the high temperature syrup, so that the temperature of the syrup can be rapidly and steadily reduced to the set temperature range. This process not only effectively controls the temperature of the syrup, but also keeps the flavour and nutrients of the syrup undamaged. The cooled down syrup is transported to the syrup storage tank through a special pump and pipework system. The syrup storage tank has good sealing and heat preservation properties, which can ensure that the syrup will not be contaminated by the external environment during the storage process, and maintain its stable quality. The storage tank is also equipped with a stirring device to stir the syrup, preventing the syrup from stratification or crystallisation and ensuring the uniformity and stability of the syrup. At the same time, the storage tank is equipped with an advanced monitoring system, which monitors the temperature, level and quality of the syrup in real time, providing accurate data support for production management. The entire processing is carried out under a strict quality control system to ensure that the white sugar syrup produced meets food safety standards and customers’ individual requirements.
